Reduced credit limit, reduced credit period, reduced service.

Cannot get a statement sent and see online its one or the other. Paper statements take so long, you only have a couple of days to pay. What if you are away? Statement may take 10-14 days to arrive. Statement to 16th payable 31st!! Online information is amateur. Who chose this bunch!! Credit limit halved. Always paid each month. Not enough profit for them obviously. Bye bye John Lewis.
