Lovely polite lady, no pressing buttons or ghastly music, and she was easily understood, exceedingly knowledgeable and quickly put me at ease, as I was anxious over my fix ending, and the likely increased cost I was facing Reviewed on: 18th June 2024

Pleasant people to deal with, but unnecessarily slow.

It took too long to finalise, which held up completion; so by the time it did the rate had increased noticeably, done in a speedier time-frame, (very do-able) it would have been at the original quote, around a hundred pounds a month cheaper. The people are all helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 19th October 2022
