4 Years and still waiting for work to be done

Our house has been suffering from subsidence. They have admitted it needs doing. We have been made us cut down all our and our neighbours' trees. 4 years so far. Every time they submit a scope of works it is riddled with errors. Whenever we spot an error, usually an omission, it takes months for another scope of works to arrive.
