Awful

Was involved in a hit and run. 9 days later I still have no courtesy car....! Nobody has called me to keep me updated on anything. I have had to chase everything myself. Communication is shocking. Would not recommend. Will be going with another insurer after this......! Reviewed on: 20th October 2022
