Caring, efficient, easy

I don't normally trust insurance companies but I wanted to make sure my new pup would be covered should an incident occur. Milo was bitten on his nose and required exploration by the vets, a CT scan and then a surgical procedure. The vets bills were claimed for by myself online and paid almost immediately over the weekend. The hospital bills are still being processed but I have received a very empathic call from customer service to reassure me that all was ok and then went on to ask about how little Milo was doing. Good customer service and peace of mind is rare to find these days but I believe Many Pets have nailed it. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 20th October 2022
