Avoid unless you like headaches

I've had the misfortune of having an account with these people. Their online service is abysmal. You can't even see your account number when you login. Then when you call the first thing they ask you for is your account number. Staff are unhelpful and the couple of times I've called their systems are not running so they can't answer any questions. They then ask you to write in and take 20 days to respond. Their responses don't address the questions you have asked so you have to write in again and waste another 20 days. Utterly hopeless. Just avoid. I closed my account because of their extremely poor service. Reviewed on: 21st October 2022
