Empathic and caring staff

Usually when you talk to an insurance company something bad has happened. When my dog was attacked and required surgery the guys at Many Pets were excellent and so caring. Everything was handled immediately. I have been with Many Pets for a few years now and have no plans on changing soon. It makes a difference when you speak to staff that don't sound like they are reading from a script. Thank you Many Pets. Reviewed on: 26th October 2022
