What a dreadful mistake

Credit limit been more than halved. No balance transfers. New card not turned up yet. Card blocked early- cannot even use old one despite having nearly £8k potential credit. No plausible explanation of why change has been made. Seriously thinking of never shopping at JL/ Waitrose anymore. Feel so let down.
