Teething troubles

New John Lewis app not compatible with my phone. Like others coukdnt set up payment details first month because John Lewis not listed under News at. That seems to have been fixed now. Asked for paper statements which are coming through late but might be due to postal strikes. So not best of starts and keeping a close eye on performance over next few months.
