Review of the Virgin Money, Credit Cards:

They don't take security seriously

Waiting over 2 months to 'unlock' my account despite sending ID via mail multiple times and going into a branch to get it sorted. Also I'm on the phone now, waiting over 40 minutes just to speak to their credit card team. Can't wait to cancel my credit card with them and boycott virgin forever. They have wasted countless hours of my time. Reviewed on: 31st October 2022
