Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely non-existent customer service, archaic banking app, complete lack of security and processes that take weeks to fulfil. Currently trying to get a refund for a purchase I made from a company that are now in administration - the website advises I send a letter with print outs of the emails I've recieved alongside my credit card number.
