Where do I begin? Drowned in introductory emails Very confusing info. regarding statements Slightly threatening emails Lack of info. about payment Attempt to pay over the phone failed No info. on account details for setting up a direct debit. Worried about how to pay How could one of the icons of British retail businesses fail so badly?
