Review of the Virgin Money, Credit Cards:

Do Not Entertain !

This company is an absolute joke and I would never recommend using them for anything. I received my credit card from them. Downloaded the App from Google Play store put in the information to activate the card and nothing, could not get beyond the summary screen showing the information I had inputted. Uninstalled the App and reinstalled the App 3 times, same on each occasion. Spent 1 hr trying to contact someone in Customer Services, nobody ever answered. Sent emails to the addresses provided by VM, all bounced back. reached out on Twitter and Facebook - no response. This was all yesterday so today I though I will give it one last go. Downloaded the App again, same result. Rang Customer Services and this time did manage to speak to a human. The lady tried to suggest it may be an issue with my phone but as I pointed out, how come I can use HSBC online banking, Barclaycard online, you name it, I can use it but not VM App. Was not able to solve the issue so I told VM to cancel the card. Absolute shocking company and terrible CS. Reviewed on: 5th November 2022
