Review of the Kent Reliance, Savings:

Have been waiting over two weeks to make an internal transfer from fixed rate ISA to Easy Access ISA in order to fund another ISA (with Kent Reliance!). Despite numerous promises to have the transaction done within 3 working days, nothing has been done. I am losing interest daily, because of this. If I phone (and manage to speak with someone after 30 minutes or more) then the advisor is only mandated to give a rote answer that the request will be sent for "processing." Very worrying for confidence in this bank. Reviewed on: 7th November 2022
