Appalling Service

Completed a form for a chargeback as bought an item online and didn’t receive. Got an email from a customer rep acknowledging received my form asked for additional information waited 7 weeks and not heard a think no replies no update no money. Not good thinking changing banks Reviewed on: 15th November 2022
