Useless. Typical of most home insurance companies

All very friendly when they take your money. Their assessors took one month to come & assess, but were extremely quick to dismiss our claim. Warning to all: Read the policy wording word by word because typical of most insurance companies, they will wriggle out of paying up. Don't judge a company when they take your money.
