Review of the Tesco Bank, Car insurance:

Appalling company

Involved in a crash 4 weeks ago. Car was a total loss, Tesco will not pay the garage storage costs, even though they have known which garage it is being held at from the outset. They have not arranged collection, not sent out an engineer to access it! Constantly chasing them up, given inconsistent advice by different people. Very aggressive customer service to deal with!!’ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Reviewed on: 17th November 2022
