Review of the John Lewis, Partnership Card:

John Lewis holding on to a credit balance on my old card

They tell me that it will take 15 working days - THREE WEEKS! to return this credit balance to me. In this day and age that is totally unacceptable. They cite 'we have lots of transactions to deal with at the moment' Absolute rubbish - It's already been FOUR weeks and still no sign of it. When I call them, they asked me TEN questions to verify my identity. I'm fuming - they must be making thousands by holding on to customers' money - absolutely disgusting.
