Unhelpful inflexible financial nightmare

Nightmare lender - came off a fixed rate for them to then refuse to offer any other product - this resulted in us being on a SVR and costing us more than our rental income - effectively from a commercial perspective they have backed us into a corner and are almost making us go bust - dont touch them is my advice.
