Review of the AA, Personal Loan:

I applied for a loan with AA based on the comparison website which suggested that I had a 99% chance of approval. I was approved on the basis that I submit the relevant documents, which I did. However they wanted more...it was never enough information. This went on for over a month before I was ‘declined’ for the information not being enough...I submitted what they asked for and have excellent credit! They are a joke and very unprofessional. The exact same pattern has occurred with other applicants based on these reviews. I immediately applied with another lender and was approved instantly, with the money in my account the following day. AA loans need to be investigated by watchdog as their service is unacceptable! I couldn’t give less that 1 star unfortunately. Reviewed on: 4th December 2022
