There is ZERO customer support and the website is worse than ABYSMAL

I opened an ISA. Trying to figure out how to see on the Virgin money app, but I keep getting an error message. Logged into the account online & wanted to use the chat function to sort it out, but there is a message to say that if you want to chat with a real person you have to log in & use the chat. I was already logged in, so I click the Help button (next to My Accounts, Message & Profile) and it opens a new window where it helpfully invites you to log in. There is a Chat button, but if you click it, then you get the same message to say you have to log in. Basically the Help function takes you out of your account & back to a general web page. There is no possible way to log in & then get help within the account. No phone number, no chat. It's really crap. Reviewed on: 5th December 2022
