Very Poor Service - would not recommend

We had a car accident on 24 November, luckily we had a contract with the AA who transported the undriveable vehicle to our home. It was not collected until 30 November with no courtesy car made available to us. This is now 9 days later and we have had no communication from Tesco at all. We have had no verification as to whether the car it to be written off or repaired and still no courtesy car. It is impossible to try and get through to anyone on the call centre (we waited 60 minutes before finally giving up). Tesco have not only lost our insurance business but also my weekly shopping.
