Worst Ever Company

I have been with platform for the past 3 years, They are by far the worst company that I have ever had to deal with as a UK domestic tax payer. They actually pride themselves on their customer service. Impossible to contact, Very unhelpful and totally incompetent. I really cannot belive that they are allowed to do business at all.
