Brilliant service and wonderful staff!

My nearest H & T branch is in Greenock, and every member of staff there consistently provides stellar customer service. They are always extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and sensitive to each customer’s individual requirements. If, as in my instance, a customer is taking out a pawnbroking loan, the staff will take every measure to inform the customer of their repayment options, and of how to pay less total interest by following a repayment schedule t...
