Awful Customer Service

As I write I have been on hold for just over 96 mins and the likelihood this that when I do get through I will be informed that my claim is with a manager for approval. No they can't give any indication of when that might happen and that only moves the incident to the settlement team. Having been the victim of a crime and left without a vehicle, which is needed for both work and family transportation, you would think that they would show some empathy and have some level of customer service, rather than being two weeks after the event with no updates provided.
