Review of the Monese, Money Account:

Account blocked and no help

We opened a Monese account for our relative who has dementia. His card has been blocked with no support to unblock it. We can’t get hold of anyone to draw down the money that is stuck in the account. How can a company do this. Our relative is now suffering from anxiety as well as dementia which is messing with his mental health. Come on Monese. This is a disgrace. This is money that people are needing. Blocking access to an account with no updates from you is unacceptable Reviewed on: 17th December 2022
