The Kroo App is a strong young company

The Kroo App is very good for a young company, it still needs some refinement. The ISA and current account have a seamless link which works very well, my only criticism is that the savings rate has dropped consistently and substantially in the past 12 months, any lower and I would consider market options Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

User-friendly insurance

I am happy with the service provided. The process of setting up and finalizing the insurance was straight forward and easy to understand. The premium price is good for the cover received and my policy documents are easy to understand. My only improvement would be to send policy documents in a zip file on one email for ease of access.
