Poor service

My local branch is Uxbridge. Staff are unfriendly and some services nor available. Eg: if magic money machine is out of order, cannot deposit more than 5 bags of coins. But other branches are accepted. Staff said that its branch policy. But nothing written to explain at counters or Uxbridge branch. I have decided to switch my banking to barclays bank. Very disappointed Reviewed on: 17th December 2022
