Review of the Nationwide, Home Insurance:

if u could give half star then i would

I have been with nationwide home insurance for nearly 10 years and had never experience this worst service from them yet. Their service has gone really bad and will not recommend anyone taking their insurance. I have leakage from my ceiling and i was told they will send a plumber 2 days ago but i have not heard anything from them yet and when i ring them they make me wait nearly 2 hours and while waiting they just hang up my call.
