Review of the AXA, Car insurance:

A complete nightmare avoid at all costs

Been about 3 weeks with out a car, a company collected the car on behalf of AXA to check whether it can be repaired, its been more than a week and I call that company and they just inform me that AXA instructed them to pick it up and nothing else. Now I have no car, no courtesy car and have no clue what is going on. More important than anything is no one responds to any attempts of contact. One star is not even deserved.
