Pointless benefits

The one time that I needed the home emergency service (burst pipe), no one picked up the phone for 45 min. so had to deal with it myself. The email address on the recorded message did not work to submit the claim. There is no other method of contact available. I am switching to another provider for a packaged account as this is total waste of money. Blocking customers' ability to contact the organisation for service provision and complaints is becoming a trend, with various excuses including Covid, which has long gone for practical purposes.
