Rubbish service- avoid at all costs!

This insurance is great while you pay every month and don’t ever need to make a claim. The minute this changes and you have to use it, things go downhill! Poor service, looking for any excuse so they don’t have to pay anything. After 4 months, they have reimbursed my husband for his lost luggage by paying out for his lost swimming goggles, bag, glasses and pants- even though we had all the receipts for the items bought while waiting for the bag to be found- who needs t-shirts and trousers after all!!!! AVOID at all costs. Reviewed on: 6th January 2023
