Terrible customer service

Was comparing nutmeg against the likes of Wealthify and moneyfarm. Where wealthify had all the info I needed, having asked a chat operator for their performance and general queries, I wasn't given any relevant information and was essentially hung up on during the chat. Having restarted a chat session, I was told that unless I opened an account, they couldn't tell me anything else. Very unhelpful, stay clear of this one!! Reviewed on: 5th February 2018

Really simple, best customer service!

Having never invested before, it is so easy to set up an account. The deposit process is pretty straight forward as all the info I needed was on the screen. Had a question about investing as this was the first time I've done this kind of thing and spoke to a very knowledgeable rep on the live chat. Great stuff all round, hopefully some great returns over the next few years too! Reviewed on: 5th February 2018
