no common sense or flexibility

Had my card for around 21 months on a promotional balance transfer offer. One late payment where the direct debit was not paid. I was in the red for a couple of hours before transferring money from another account and they removed my promotional offer and refuse to reconsider. looks like they are just waiting for things like this so that they can bang on large amounts of interest. Disgraceful. Reviewed on: 5th February 2018
