I find the app user friendly and the fact that you have to approve payment avoided a parking scam for which I was grateful. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Zopa's app is so easy to use and they are great at keeping customers updated by email.

Zopa has one of the most user - friendly apps I have ever come across. The flexibility of their savings schemes (or pots) mean that it is easy to move money from one to another. Zopa are also proactive in raising interest rates and great at keeping customers informed by email. Reviewed on: 11th January 2023
