First Direct - best telephoning banking service

I switched to First Direct from Natwest around 4 years ago. First Direct made the transition really easy, even through various complications on my side. I've never received unfair bank charges (unlike Natwest), communication is fantastic and I'm unable to get through to a customer service adviser within 2-3 rings. Customer service is second to none - always helpful, happy and polite. Wonderful bank. Reviewed on: 5th February 2018
