Review of the Zopa, Fixed term savings account:

Easy to set up and use

I've been a customer of Zopa for a few months now, initially attracted by the favourable interest rates on savings. I like the Android app and the website. The savings offerings continue to be competive and I have recently opened a fixed term savings account. I quite like the use of a linked bank account for fund transfers, which helps me keep things simple as money just comes in/out via that one route (although you can link multiple accounts, I've just kept to one). One request would be to use a service such as Authy for 2-FA instead of sending an SMS. Reviewed on: 11th January 2023
