Hidden Fees

Unfair cancellation fees Absolutely robbing young people. Cancelled policy which had been paid in full.policy still had 4K in the to run on. The company claimed that they get to retain 90% and then had the audacity to charge an extra £20 cancellation fee. Reporting to trading standards and also the financial ombudsman. The terms are not set out clearly. Reviewed on: 13th January 2023
