Moneyhub listen to customers

The team actively engage with each support comment to fix or enhance the services available. The value point for this service is ‘spot on’ whereas other similar services charge more without offering any value add. Finally, a finance app that enables a complete analysis

I have tried many apps to help me manage multiple financial assets seamlessly, from current accounts, investments, pensions, etc. They are either too much effort, inaccurate or very expensive for personal use. I approached Moneyhub with a sense of pessimism but have been blown away by their account integration capabilities, analysis, budget, and support response. The trial period of 6 months is an outstanding offer in this market, and the monthly cost after is well placed for a personal user. There are improvements required; the team, though, is more than happy to consider feedback and listen to improve the user experience and product features. I generally don't review apps, but this team deserve a shout-out for going beyond expectations and a great product Reviewed on: 13th January 2023
