Easy Banking

I do most of my banking online and it's easy to do, the interface is simple and straightforward allowing me to do most things that I want to. I also get text messages several times a week with a mini-statement and information about money going in and out of my account so I don't have to go online as often. It's just easy. But the very best thing is the customer service. Before online banking I used to manage my account by telephone and I still have to call sometimes and they are always polite, helpful and patient and I know that if I call them about anything it will be sorted or explained fully. They also call me occasionally to see if I'm happy with everything. Reviewed on: 7th February 2018
