The end of ostriching, the start of taking control

I used to avoid looking at my bank accounts, had no idea where the money was going, just that it was going. I had tried Barclays in-app tools to show me how my money was being spent but they were cumbersome and not very useful so I had little hope for moneyhub being different. I couldn't have been more wrong. Categorising spend means the app learns and does most of the work for me giving me an accurate overview of what's what. It's non scary and very informative. In the last 5 months I have become first aware of my spending and now am beginning to actually manage it. I check in with my money a couple of times a week... the ostrich is gone.
