It was great while the Nectar points lasted....

The credit card is fine and I have never had an issue with the customer service but once the bonus period is over the card has no real benefits and as such sits poorly in the current competitive credit card market. Reviewed on: 30th August 2016

Love the company but feel let down by the decrease in the rate

I love First Direct and was pleased with their bonus saver rate in these difficult for savers times. However when base rate dropped by 0.25% FD responded by dropping their rate by more than the percentage cut. Great customer service from branch and phone advisors

I moved my mortgage to the Nationwide from Halifax nearly three years ago. Te contrast could not be greater.Anything I need is always completed in a timely manner and the advisors all know their products whether you speak to them in a branch or on the telephone.
