Fair, efficient and great communication

I invested with Tandem and then my circumstances changed. Dealing with a bank at a difficult time was made better by Tandem. They were fair in the handling of my situation and kept me informed at each stage. Great customer experience and prompt replies to questions

I invested in a Family Building Society Windfall Bond. Have never heard of the company I did some research and still felt nervous! I am pleased to say I found all interactions prompt, efficient and professional. A mobile friendly webpage would be a useful improvement, that is a minor point. Reviewed on: 14th January 2023
