Review of the Zopa, Credit card:

Refreshingly modern

Zopa is such a professional yet modern Credit Card provider. The application was quick and user-friendly without ever compromising on delivering the crucial and important information that goes hand in hand with credit products. The App you can use for card management is spectacular; it has all the features you'd expect and a lot more. Since having my Zopa Credit Card I have used almost all aspects of the app and Zopa's services. From viewing my PIN, and card details, and updating and amending my direct debit repayment details, the service provided is impressively simple without compromising on effectiveness, which I don't see with my other Credit providers at this level. One of the many impressive things I have to compliment is the ability to set a spending cap on your card. This allows you to maintain responsible use of the card and physically prevent an over-utilisation that would otherwise negatively impact your credit rating. Zopa goes one step ahead of its competition in this regard and they advertise the feature and even suggest it to its users. Other companies I have dealt with may allow this option but tend to almost hide it from the basic user as it of course leads to people spending more and paying back more in interest. Zopa takes a much more responsible approach and explains and encourages such a thing, which I feel will keep customers and keep them happy and their credit well-managed in the long run. Their credit limit increases are closely regulated to prevent giving those who cannot afford more credit the ability to get into debt they cannot reasonably manage. Lastly, when dealing with customer services (which may I add is much more accessible than other Credit suppliers I have dealt with) I have been treated with dignity and respect, and the staff show genuine care for the customer and are doing what they can to help in any given situation. I couldn’t be happier than I am with Zopa and have already suggested their products to my family and a few close friends, some of whom have begun using Zopa as their primary credit card supplier due to the reasons I discuss above.
