Friendly, accommodating, personalised

Staff and robot are super friendly and accommodating no matter what your asking/requesting. Funds are drawn from and transferred to your account super quick and the amount you save is totally personalised to you. Reviewed on: 15th November 2018

Friendly, brilliant service, really accommodating and personalised to you!

Really glad I chose plum to start saving with, they’re so accommodating and you can personalise the service to suit you and your income. Really friendly staff and the robot actually has some good banter! Good little system and service, 100% recommend plum to anyone! Reviewed on: 15th November 2018

Absolutely life saving!

I’ve never been able to sustain saving my money for long. I would always get bored and go on a spending spree then feel guilty and get depressed and this cycle would just continue. Until plum. This simple, super tech savvy, admittedly cute, little robot bank has helped me save without realising it which means I don’t spend it. With a wedding and a house to save up for it’s really made me feel positive and like I’ve achieved something by seeing the pot of savings add up. Already suggested it to family and friends, if only they were willing to take the chance like I was I’m positive they’d feel the same way! Thank you everyone at plum, me and my partner have actually started saving for the wedding and house of our dreams and you helped us start working towards that.
