Difficult to get hold of

Zopa are great when you’re looking for a product. Once you have it though, it seems as though they no longer want to help you. They have been carrying out multiple credit searches on my file, once every couple of weeks, I am not looking at any of their products for them to need to do this, and it could effect my credit score. I called them last month, and was asked to send them screen shots of the searches that have been appearing. I did so the same day, and have heard nothing since. I followed up the email as more searches were done and sent new screen shots and asked for them to please reply with urgency, and yet still no reply. I’m looking forward to the day I’m able to close my account with them, and just hope they’ll treat me like a human and help me very soon. Reviewed on: 16th January 2023

Beyond helpful every time

Any time I’ve needed to speak to first direct, I’m never waiting on hold, I speak to someone approachable and helpful, they help me resolve my issue and answer any of my questions but most of all, they’re always human and talk to me like a human, and that makes it so much easier to talk to them about any struggles or debt/over draft issues and find a resolution.
