Whats the point?

Took out a policy but no certificate sent. You have to follow a link that doesn't work. I emailed them - no reply. Now I need the certificate so spend half hour waiting on the phone to be told that they will email the link that's not going to work. They just wont/cant email the certificate?? I never actually became a customer as I gave up trying to deposit money with them. They sent everything back and would not answer the phone. No confidence. Reviewed on: 16th January 2023
