Customer service, offers and ultimate reward

I really like my current account, the benefits and the offers I activate. They have recently merged with lloyds and I had to start using a new app to manage my money. I was worried but the whole transition was seamless. Anytime I've needed to talk to a person I'm able to and I need that and want that. Thank you Halifax for remaining on brand for so many years. I've had several loans through Zopa, the user experience on the web is so easy to understand and the customer service is friendly and efficient.
