Triodos is a customer focused bank.

Triodos is a customer focused bank. It keeps me informed of a range of ethical investments, clearly demonstrating the ethical credentials of the company and/or group to be invested in. I have felt involved and connected with the organisation I invested in. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Clearly ethical

Changed to a Triodos current account because the bank clearly outlines its ethical credentials. It was so easy to set up on line, excellent communication on many aspects of ethical finance, and encourages customer engagement. I consider £3 per month fee value for money, as I feel I belong to the community of Tridos, rather than an outsider looking in, unaware of where my money goes. Reviewed on: 24th January 2025
