So happy to be banking with a bank I can trust

So happy to be banking with a bank I can trust in terms of what they do with my money, the fact that I don’t have to worry that they using to fund an arm manufacturer or a fossil fuel company. And as bonus, great customer service where I can speak to a human being based in this country and good security for any online activity. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

at last I have a bank which cares about its customers as well as the environment.

I know not about everything Triodos offers is perfect. I am not 100% on its technology platform and smart phone app. but where it lacks it makes up on customer support and its care for the future of our world. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
